How My Refund Policy Works

I want you to be happy with my products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can get your money back within 14 days.

1. Who Can Get a Refund

You Qualify for a Full Refund If:

  • You request it within 14 days of your first payment
  • You're a new customer (first-time subscribers)
  • You haven't violated my Terms of Service

Renewal Subscriptions:

If your subscription renews (after the first month/year), you have 7 days to request a refund for the renewal payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your email address (used for your account)
  • The product name (e.g., "Borax Forms")
  • Your reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

I'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The money will be returned to your original payment method.

3. What Happens After a Refund

  • Your subscription will be cancelled
  • You'll lose access to the product immediately or at the end of your billing period
  • Any data you created will be deleted according to our data retention policy
  • You can sign up again later if you change your mind

4. Partial Refunds

I generally don't offer partial refunds for unused time. However:

  • If there's a technical issue on my end that prevents you from using the service, I may offer a partial refund
  • Contact me and I'll evaluate your situation case-by-case

5. When Refunds Are NOT Available

I cannot provide refunds if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since your first payment (or 7 days for renewals)
  • You violated my Terms of Service
  • You used the product extensively and then requested a refund (abuse of policy)
  • You've already received a refund for this product before

6. Chargebacks

Please don't file a chargeback with your bank. Contact me first for a refund. Chargebacks hurt solo developers and may result in account termination.

If you file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through me:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • You won't be able to use my products in the future
  • I may take legal action if the chargeback was fraudulent

7. Subscription Cancellation (No Refund)

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

  • Go to your account settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • You'll keep access until the end of your paid period
  • You won't be charged again

Cancelling doesn't automatically give you a refund. If you want a refund, follow the steps in section 2 above.

8. Special Circumstances

If you have special circumstances (illness, emergency, technical issues, etc.), contact me. I'll evaluate your situation individually and try to find a fair solution.
