These are the rules for using my products. Be respectful, don't misuse my services, pay your subscription on time, and I'll provide you with working software. If you have problems, contact me and I'll help.

1. Agreement

By using Borax Labs products (like Borax Forms), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use my services.

2. Who Can Use My Products

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You must have the legal right to use payment methods you provide
• One person or company per account (no sharing accounts)

3. Your Account

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep your password secure
• Don't share your account with others
• Notify me immediately if someone unauthorized accesses your account
• You're responsible for all activity on your account

I Can Close Your Account If:

• You violate these terms
• You don't pay your subscription
• You use my products for illegal activities
• You try to hack or damage my services

4. What You Can't Do

Don't:

• Use my products for illegal activities
• Try to hack, break, or reverse-engineer my software
• Send spam or harmful content through my products
• Collect other users' information without permission
• Pretend to be someone else
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Copy or resell my products

5. Payments & Subscriptions

How It Works:

• You pay monthly or yearly (depending on your plan)
• Payments are processed automatically
• I charge your payment method on your billing date
• All prices are shown before you subscribe

Cancellation:

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• You keep access until the end of your paid period
• No refunds for partial months (except under our refund policy)

Failed Payments:

• If your payment fails, I'll try again
• If it fails multiple times, your account may be suspended
• Update your payment information to restore access

6. Refunds

I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See my Refund Policy for details.

7. My Responsibilities

What I Promise:

• I'll do my best to keep my products working
• I'll protect your data (see my Privacy Policy)
• I'll notify you of major changes
• I'll provide customer support

What I Don't Promise:

• 100% uptime (sometimes I need maintenance or experience issues)
• That my products will meet all your specific needs
• That my products are bug-free (I fix bugs when found)

8. Your Content

You Own Your Data:

Any data you upload to my products belongs to you. I don't own it.

What I Can Do:

• Store your data to provide my services
• Back up your data for safety
• View your data if needed for technical support (with your permission)

What I Won't Do:

• Sell your data
• Use your data for purposes other than providing my service
• Share your data without your permission (except when legally required)

9. Service Changes

I may:

• Add new features
• Remove or change existing features
• Change pricing (with 30 days notice for existing customers)
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance

I'll notify you of major changes by email.

10. Limitation of Liability

In plain English: I'm not responsible for damages beyond the amount you paid me. For example, if my service goes down and you lose business, I can't be held liable for your lost revenue.

Maximum liability: The amount you paid me in the last 12 months.

11. Disputes

If you have a problem:

• If I can't resolve it, I'll work out a fair solution

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Termination

You Can Leave Anytime:

Cancel your subscription from your account settings. You'll keep access until your paid period ends.

I Can Terminate If:

• You violate these terms
• You don't pay
• You engage in illegal activities
